Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager: Voice and Carrier Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the service delivery process for Voice and Carrier Services, ensuring exceptional customer experience
• Oversee complex VoIP installations and provide post-install support while coordinating with stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and facilitating communication

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in voice service installation or customer-facing project management
• 1+ years of project management experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of VOIP, SIP, PRI, and Analog services
• Working knowledge of managed IT solutions, including networking and cyber security
