Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Excellence Project Manager to oversee commercial excellence initiatives and training within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present commercial excellence scorecards and monthly reporting packages for RVPs
• Train and communicate the value of commercial excellence metrics and new CRMA dashboards to the commercial team
• Collaborate with leaders to implement productivity tools and drive change adoption processes

• Experience in project management or related field
• Proven ability to develop training programs and materials
• Familiarity with Salesforce and commercial metrics
• Strong analytical skills for data accuracy and reporting
