Required Qualifications

• 8 years+ of project management experience
• 5 years+ of ServiceNow project management experience
• Experience with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Service Level Management (SLM)
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (x2)
• Ability to manage projects independently
