Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (Remote, UK or Ireland).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with customer expectations
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance to optimize revenue performance
• Develop project plans and manage customer relationships, addressing issues that may impact project scope or timeline

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting or SaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of B2B and GTM strategies, with familiarity in Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks effectively
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
