Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Practice Information Management System (PIMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects from initiation to closure, including planning, implementation, and risk assessment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, while maintaining a detailed project plan
• Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and report status to stakeholders, ensuring quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience in implementing Practice Management Information Systems (PIMS), preferably in the veterinary industry
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)
• Proficient with Office 365 and project management tools like Monday.com
• Leadership experience in managing change initiatives and organizational change
