Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Field Performance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service partners or branch
• Lead program-based projects requiring cross-functional engagement and drive business opportunities
• Resolve field service escalations and manage partner relationships, including training and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical area or significant related experience required
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in partner or project management
• Residential solar experience preferred
• Strong CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
• Proven track record of success in team settings and managing multiple projects
