Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1 year of management or team lead experience
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification
- Experience with insurance eligibility verification and coverage
- Previous supervisory experience of remote staff
