Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and logistics for healthcare Advisory Board meetings
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and coordinate with internal departments for event execution
- Oversee budget management and financial reconciliation for all events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Planning, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in event/program/project management, preferably in pharma/healthcare
- Experience managing smaller-scale meetings alongside larger programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management platforms
- CMP, HMCC, or PMP certification is a plus
