Job Summary
A company is looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness and partner with Product Managers and Technical Program Managers
- Lead cross-functional syncs, track deliverables, and manage dependencies to ensure launch readiness
- Facilitate communication between R&D and cross-functional groups and drive collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Program Management or Product Operations roles within a technology company
- Experience working within a Product or Engineering organization and interfacing with multiple teams
- Strong program management skills with the ability to drive complex initiatives to completion
- Excellent facilitation skills for leading cross-functional meetings
- Experience with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
