Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Trials Project Administrator to manage and implement Phase I Clinical Trials Projects and Regional Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the successful delivery of assigned clinical trials projects, ensuring alignment with corporate and client expectations
- Coordinates logistics, specimen management, data management, and laboratory operations while managing timelines and resources
- Maintains communication with clients and management, providing project status updates and managing risks to project delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in science, laboratory, or health-related disciplines, with at least 5 years in a clinical trials environment preferred
- Experience in managing clinical trials projects
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures and compliance requirements in clinical trials
- Experience in coordinating with multiple functional areas and managing client interactions
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and audits
