Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager, User Testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Alpha and Beta program plans, processes, and user education materials
- Act as the liaison between testers and project stakeholders, ensuring user feedback is communicated effectively
- Gather, analyze, and present test findings and survey analysis to internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project coordinator of field testing (Alpha, Beta, etc.)
- Experience utilizing online testing platforms (e.g., Centercode)
- Familiarity with software APIs (JSON) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
