Project Manager, Lighting Efficiency

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Field Operations (Lighting).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee contractor-led installations of lighting and energy conservation measures, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project execution
• Monitor contractor performance and project documentation, providing feedback and ensuring accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of project management or field experience required
• Facilities management/building engineer experience preferred
• Proven experience managing subcontractors in lighting, electrical, or construction projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; computer system experience preferred
