Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team in delivering statewide computer-based assessment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project deliverables across teams, ensuring timely completion through tracking and communication
  • Create and maintain project artifacts including meeting agendas, minutes, action item logs, and risk tracking documents
  • Update program documentation and support materials according to client-specific style guides
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Smartsheet or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with ADOBE preferred
