Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team in delivering statewide computer-based assessment programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project deliverables across teams, ensuring timely completion through tracking and communication
- Create and maintain project artifacts including meeting agendas, minutes, action item logs, and risk tracking documents
- Update program documentation and support materials according to client-specific style guides
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience with project management tools, such as Smartsheet or similar platforms
- Proficiency with ADOBE preferred
