A company is looking for a Program Manager - Federal Grants Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full life cycle oversight and strategic direction for multiple federal grant programs
- Serve as a primary liaison between federal agencies, state-level stakeholders, and internal project teams
- Lead and manage diverse teams to achieve program goals and ensure compliance with performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience applying project management methodologies
- Five plus (5+) years of experience working with federal grants on a national or state level
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in management, public administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience using TeamMate+ or similar monitoring platforms
- Familiarity with federal grants policy and audit frameworks
