Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for cross-functional initiatives
• Serve as the central point of contact for project stakeholders and facilitate regular communications
• Collaborate with leaders to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience in the financial services industry, preferably with ETFs or investment funds
• Prior experience with Bloomberg systems is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements in fund management
• PMP certification and familiarity with Agile principles are preferred
