Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager who will lead the advancement of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the EPMO operating model and governance structures
- Evaluate and integrate a Project Portfolio Management tool for effective project management
- Oversee resource management and capacity planning across the project portfolio
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 years of experience in program or project management
- 3 years of experience impacting the healthcare experience for members
