California Fire Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Project Manager in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical specialist in forestry and wildfire sciences
• Manage complex projects including CEQA compliance, vegetation management plans, and wildfire mitigation planning
• Provide QA/QC of deliverables and mentor junior staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in forestry, fire science, environmental science, or related field
• At least 5 years of project management experience in forestry and wildfire operations
• Working knowledge of federal and state laws related to forestry and land management
• Experience collaborating with federal and state agencies
• Able to manage multiple projects with changing requirements
