Project Manager, Lighting Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Field Operations (Lighting).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee contractor-led installations of lighting and energy conservation measures, ensuring quality, safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance
• Work closely with contractors to forecast and schedule lighting installations, developing strong relationships for effective communication and collaboration
• Monitor contractor performance, manage project documentation, and communicate project status to internal stakeholders and customers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of project management or field experience required
• Proven experience managing subcontractors in lighting, electrical, or construction projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computer systems preferred
