Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee cross-functional IT programs and drive initiatives across ERP, Manufacturing, and Technology Infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT programs, coordinating across teams, vendors, stakeholders, and timelines
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting
• Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management experience in IT, particularly in enterprise scale programs
• Strong experience with ERP systems, with SAP as a plus
• Proven track record of delivering tech programs on time, within scope, and on budget
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification or equivalent preferred
