Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute programs related to offers, pre-boarding, and compliance to enhance the hiring lifecycle
- Partner with global counterparts to ensure alignment with global processes and improve recruiting system efficiency
- Analyze program outcomes and drive strategic change to promote operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management within TA/HR/People organizations
- Proven track record in project management using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or PMP
- Knowledge of TA practices and tools, particularly in offer management and compliance
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
