Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute programs related to offers, pre-boarding, and compliance to enhance the hiring lifecycle
• Partner with global counterparts to ensure alignment with global processes and improve recruiting system efficiency
• Analyze program outcomes and drive strategic change to promote operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management within TA/HR/People organizations
• Proven track record in project management using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or PMP
• Knowledge of TA practices and tools, particularly in offer management and compliance
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
