Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee an IT service desk contract in support of a U.S. government client.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior liaison between the client and the service desk support team
- Ensure the team meets service delivery targets and manage human resource actions
- Oversee overall performance, operations, and long-term direction of the contract
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or similar with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in IT service desk management
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL, CMMI, ISO, AGILE)
- Ability to obtain a National Agency Check
- Preferred PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance required
