Project Management Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Support Specialist (LICA or IICA) - Retainers, Multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support LAMP projects, managing day-to-day operations and liaising with stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets, financial expenditures, and procurement processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Prepare project reports and maintain documentation, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and risk management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with 11 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, or a Master's degree in a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience in Project Management
• Significant professional experience in Myanmar and/or South East Asia
• Knowledge of UN rules and regulations regarding grant management and procurement is an asset
• Full working knowledge of English; fluency in additional UN languages is an advantage
