Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Commercial Launch Readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization and launch readiness initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution with stakeholders
• Develop and operationalize cross-functional plans, identifying overlaps and streamlining workstreams
• Maintain project documentation and communication, ensuring clarity and timely updates for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS required plus 5 years' experience; MBA plus 3 years' experience or related advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech company required
• Experience in market approval and/or commercial launch phases required
• 3-5 years of project management experience in global and in-market cross-functional projects
• Oncology/Hematology experience is required
