Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Direct Care Provider Workforce) in Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to implement workforce development programs from design to completion
• Track program deliverables and monitor activities from inception through delivery
• Manage program updates and coordinate workforce analyses or market scans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience
• 1-2 years of Provider Relations experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt certification
