Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment of initiatives
- Create and update detailed project plans, assign tasks, and manage progress to completion
- Provide leadership and support by collaborating with project sponsors and workgroups to analyze information and identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or Associate's degree
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- 1 year of internal or external customer experience
- PMP License preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
