A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to lead vendor migration initiatives in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with third-party vendors to facilitate smooth migrations to new remote connectivity platforms
- Develop and maintain detailed trackers and dashboards to provide visibility of project status, milestones, and risks
- Produce executive-level reports and coordinate meetings with internal teams across various departments
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing vendor or migration projects, preferably with remote access technologies
- Proficiency in Excel, including dashboard creation and data manipulation using functions like VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Familiarity with remote access concepts such as VPN, ZTNA, and MFA
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira for managing change requests and documentation
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
