PMO Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Manager to lead a team of Project Management Officers across North America, focusing on operational excellence and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a geographically distributed PMO team while driving consistency in resource and process management
• Oversee project tracking, scheduling, risk management, and develop executive dashboards and reports
• Prepare financial forecasts, analyze project P&L, and support pricing and SOW development for new projects

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in PMO or project management roles
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L and SaaS metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
• PMP certification preferred
