Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale programs across multiple business units and geographies
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and global stakeholders to manage dependencies and align priorities
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies while driving organizational readiness and adoption of program outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Mastery level knowledge of job area, typically obtained through advanced education and experience
• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 8 years; or a PhD with 5 years of experience
• Recognized master in professional discipline with the ability to implement strategic goals
• Experience in managing undefined and complex problems
