Key Responsibilities
- Assist project team on various projects and assignments
- Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and manage minor renovation projects
- Maintain accurate electronic files and documentation while ensuring timely client and project requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a Coordinator or Business Support role
- Basic knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with executive-level clients
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize business needs
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
