Staff Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Program/Project Manager to oversee technology development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development of future technologies, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals
• Drive program progress, track challenges, and report on opportunities while supporting diverse technologies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead diverse teams
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Familiarity with common procurement systems and processes (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Fluency in commonly used project management tools and best practices
