Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, document agendas, and track action items
- Assist with managing timelines, task assignments, and resource schedules across Salesforce projects
- Maintain documentation and ensure consistent communication with all project stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience coordinating or managing Salesforce workstreams or projects
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Power User or with Salesforce Administration tasks
- Experience working with task tracking tools such as Jira and documentation tools like Confluence
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines across multiple teams
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
