Project Manager for HCM Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Project Manager to lead project teams in the implementation of HCM software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management to ensure successful system implementation
• Work with clients to understand requirements and manage solution design
• Lead project meetings and manage project plans, including change management

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Payroll, HCM, WFM, or HRMS systems as a Project Manager
• Experience managing full system implementation life cycle
• PMP or other Project Management Certifications are a plus
• Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
• Experience with HCM systems such as UKG, Ceridian, or Workday preferred
