Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Program Manager focused on Usage Insights within the Cross Solution Area team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Usage Excellence initiatives across the company
• Create sustainable business reporting to enhance insights and drive actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate data and improve business metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes while managing stakeholder relationships
• Master's Degree in a related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent experience
• Knowledge of financial and sales processes, scorecards, and key performance indicators
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint, with experience in data reporting processes
