Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technical implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
• Coordinate the resolution of install-based requests and manage stakeholder communication
• Drive platform upgrades and migrations in collaboration with product and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technical project management or implementation roles
• Strong knowledge of SaaS delivery processes and API-based integrations
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and technical documentation
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Smartsheet
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methods
