A company is looking for a Shared Print Partnership Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the Shared Print Partnership, including meeting scheduling and note-taking
- Assist with tracking budget and financial reporting, and support annual budget planning
- Facilitate communication and documentation for governance groups and coordinate activities across committees and working groups
Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Evidence of success in collaborative and independent work
- Ability to facilitate virtual collaboration and organization
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
- Familiarity with standard administrative software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
