Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shared Print Partnership Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for the Shared Print Partnership, including meeting scheduling and note-taking
  • Assist with tracking budget and financial reporting, and support annual budget planning
  • Facilitate communication and documentation for governance groups and coordinate activities across committees and working groups
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of relevant work experience
  • Evidence of success in collaborative and independent work
  • Ability to facilitate virtual collaboration and organization
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Familiarity with standard administrative software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
