Certified Scrum Master - Agile Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Project Manager-Agile Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Agile Scrum Master for delivery teams, driving sprint execution and stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate backlog creation and run key Scrum ceremonies, ensuring team collaboration and effective prioritization
• Coach Agile teams, promote a collaborative environment, and manage delivery oversight across multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery/project management, with 7+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
• Strong delivery experience in clinical labs, diagnostics, or healthcare IT
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required
• Experience leading distributed agile teams in a global delivery model
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and experience managing cross-functional teams
