A company is looking for a Senior PMO Program Specialist responsible for developing best practice processes for vendor management programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure service excellence
- Monitor and ensure compliance with client requirements and performance metrics
- Supervise operations staff and forecast resource needs based on program trends
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience in staffing and/or vendor management
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or Sales Delivery is desirable but not required
