Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software development, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Lead or in a high-performing Scrum Team
• 3+ years' experience managing a team
• Demonstrated experience in agile technical project management
• Expert in JIRA/Confluence or GitHub Issues
