A company is looking for a Lead Operations UX Research professional to enhance research operations within their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and improve centralized consent processes and NDA workflows
• Lead data privacy initiatives and manage participant recruiting processes
• Develop ethical guidelines and conduct training for UX researchers and designers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Research Operations, User Research, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of research compliance and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
• Proven track record of implementing scalable systems for consent and data handling
• Strong project and program management skills
• Proficiency with platforms such as DocuSign and insights repositories
