Lead Responsible AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Responsible AI to establish and manage a Responsible AI program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a Responsible AI governance program
• Define policies and procedures for AI use both internally and in product features
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible AI usage aligns with company values and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical or governance roles related to AI/ML systems
• Demonstrated leadership in AI governance, risk management, or compliance
• Deep familiarity with AI risk domains such as bias, transparency, and accountability
• Strong working knowledge of responsible AI frameworks like NIST AI RMF and OECD AI Principles
• Fluency in AI/ML terminology and workflows, including understanding of model lifecycles and data provenance
