Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, back end (L5/6).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the client application and manage the release of features
• Own long-term projects, breaking problems down into iterative steps
• Collaborate with product management to address commercial problems and evaluate feature impact

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience as a software engineer, with 3 years at a senior/lead level
• Experience in a high-performing engineering team, preferably in a scale-up or established organization
• Deep knowledge of server-side and back-end technologies; front-end experience is a plus
• Relevant experience in building enterprise-grade SaaS products, particularly in AI-powered video generation
• Previous leadership experience of smaller teams is advantageous
