Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - INS (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead/SME for the Facets Core application team, guiding requirement analysis, design, and implementation
• Configure and maintain the Facets system, ensuring optimal performance and security while providing technical support to the development team
• Lead software design and development teams, translating user needs into technical requirements and managing technical resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 8 years of experience in software design and development, software test and evaluation, and software requirements management
• Preferred experience includes 4+ years on the Trizetto Facets platform and hands-on experience with Facets batch processes
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle)
• Licenses/Certifications: SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Agilist
