Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive successful implementations of Facets platform upgrades and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Provide technical oversight and support digital transformation efforts across the enterprise
• Enhance stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and fostering collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 15+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years with TriZetto Facets in a technical delivery role
• SAFe Agilist and PMP certifications
• Strong technical experience with Cloud-native services (AWS/Azure certification preferred)
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer systems and compliance practices
