Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs regarding functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of client onboarding application functionality, focusing on integrations with 3rd party applications
• Supervise release processes and ensure adherence to department best practices and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Technical leadership experience for medium to large-sized enterprise projects
• Strong proficiency in design and development of distributed systems
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Restful Webservices, Node, and React
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience utilizing CI/CD techniques
