Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a professional expansion team to build and launch features for advisor engagement and retention
• Develop MVPs for nonprofit partnerships and deliver dashboards for tracking usage and engagement
• Design and deliver scalable applications while implementing AI-driven tools to enhance system performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional development experience in high-performing teams
• Advanced proficiency in frontend development with React and TypeScript, and API design with MongoDB and Postgres
• Experience with AWS applications using infrastructure-as-code tools
• Proven ability to implement test-driven development and modern DevOps practices
• Familiarity with secure-by-design principles and compliance requirements such as GDPR and SOC2
