Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead complex technical initiatives and enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and design core systems focusing on scalability, observability, and fault-tolerance
• Solve complex technical problems involving AI integrations, data pipelines, and real-time scheduling
• Write production code, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with leadership on technical initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years at a Staff/Principal level
• Proven technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Deep backend expertise in technologies such as Laravel, MySQL, and AWS
• Strong product and systems thinking capabilities
• Experience with AI/LLM applications or healthcare systems is a bonus
