Lead Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Subcontracts Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle subcontract management activities for Defense programs
• Support proposal activities, including negotiation and preparation of solicitation packages
• Manage post-award activities, including modifications, risk identification, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Experience in subcontract proposal activities and managing subcontracts in a government-approved purchasing system
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements
• Experience negotiating price and terms and conditions
