Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development or training roles
- 3+ years of project or program management experience in L&D environments
- 3+ years in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with instructional design methodologies and related tools
- Experience implementing learning evaluation frameworks and measuring learning ROI
