Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative learning programs
  • Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for effective tracking and delivery
  • Analyze program data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development or training roles
  • 3+ years of project or program management experience in L&D environments
  • 3+ years in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies and related tools
  • Experience implementing learning evaluation frameworks and measuring learning ROI
