Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D and Engineering to ensure training content on product and process knowledge is available for plant teams
• Design and develop training materials to ensure consistency and quality across all sites
• Implement a Certified Trainer Program to build internal training capabilities at each facility

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with increasing responsibility
• Bachelor's degree preferred in training, education, psychology, business management, or related field
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is required
• Experience delivering training to various levels within an organization
• Prefer experience with alternative training methods to enhance the learner experience
