A company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with R&D and Engineering to ensure training content on product and process knowledge is available for plant teams
- Design and develop training materials to ensure consistency and quality across all sites
- Implement a Certified Trainer Program to build internal training capabilities at each facility
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with increasing responsibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred in training, education, psychology, business management, or related field
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment is required
- Experience delivering training to various levels within an organization
- Prefer experience with alternative training methods to enhance the learner experience
