A company is looking for a Learning and Development Associate to support training and onboarding for its Admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging virtual training sessions for new hires across various departments
- Design and refine asynchronous onboarding materials to support effective learning
- Evaluate and improve onboarding programs through data analysis and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or training, preferably in operational teams
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training experiences
- Prior experience in behavioral health or healthcare is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Highly proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace; LMS experience is preferred
